CASE STUDY:::
Mercury Facilities Management, Scotland's leading pub refurbishment and renovation company wanted to generate greater sales in advance of the Smoking ban coming into play in England and Wales.
The problem they had encountered previously was trying to crack an industry which has so far been apathetic about the ban and getting access to the correct personnel within their chosen target market.
As the only company with this type of service on the market they employed Digital Face with a view to increasing awareness of their product and brand nationwide and encouraging people to think about the ban in terms of the increased revenue it could create if they planned early.
Mercury wanted to show themselves as an established yet innovative company who customers could trust in order to see the job through from the initial planning stage to successful completion.
Digital Face successfully created a series of press advertising and online banner adverts which were strategically placed in trade press over a 6 week period encouraging potential customers to visit the mercury website to enter an online competition.
The website acted not only as a portal to capture important information from entrants but also gave Mercury a chance to showcase themselves as a professional company with essential previous experience in the industry qualifying them as the best choice for every pub company
OutcomeAt the end of the campaign the results speak for themselves
"the first advert which you designed has, with our follow up, allowed us to penetrate the market and increase our active customer list 700%."
