EDINBURGH TECHNOPOLE

Problem

Edinburgh Technopole is a world class Science and Technology Park and offers significant opportunities to companies of any size and discipline including research, incubation, business support and networking.

Edinburgh Technopole aims to become not just a Science and Technology Park but a genuine scientific community where shared resources, encourages shared ideas. In order to achieve this, the park needs to be full of occupants who can contribute to this goal.

DTZ and Grosvenor Estates are the selling agents and work to encourage the take up of spaces within the park by potential tenants, however, problems have occurred due to two different companies working from one sales database which cannot be viewed by all users at the same time meaning there has been no systemised way of targeting prospects and duplicated entries on a regular basis.

Solution

Digital Face have created an online Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool which allows users to log in from anywhere and see what other agents are doing and who they are contacting.

The system was built to log enquiries, contacts, actions, emails, sales information and streamline existing enquiries. This facility provides a central information point for all agents and is in real time allowing them to see who is online and editing content at any one time.Targeted marketing materials can be easily sent by the click of a button and marketing activity reports are generated on a weekly basis.

Outcome

The CRM website has resulted in increased numbers of quality leads and a cohesive sales team who are working together to achieve targets.
